Winter Schemes 10

Sara's P.O.V:

I could feel Fahad's breath on my neck. He had his arm around me and I was laying down on his chest. I tried to move but Fahad's arms were so stiff. Dalal came back with her bottle of water and sat right next to me.

It felt really weird having Fahad this close and in this position. I wanted to move a bit but Fahad won't let me move. His hand was holding me in place and I can see a him smirking from the edge of my eye.

"Ka this is the lipstick I was telling you about! Shoufay sh7alata ou 3ala your skin tone e9eeer a7la w a7la" Dalal said. "shfeech intay jamalich mn allah ou lamaan t7e6een makeup et3a8deeeeen"

I kind of blushed a bit. I never thought I was that beautiful but when I hear someone tell me that I am actually beautiful, I believe them for a second.

"mashkoura" I told her, smiling.

We kept looking at different kinds of makeup and ended up watching funny videos on YouTube. Fahad already gave his friend the list of makeup and she went to get it. She had connections with stores that sell makeup so it wasn't a big deal.  I laughed more than I ever did in this last year. Fahad laughed with us, it actually felt like we were a whole family and he was a loving husband.

"Yalla I gotta go back home, 7abeebi 5aled feeh ilnoum mabi yet3ab ou yg3ad yabchi 3alay nu9 il-layl" Dalal said.

She had to ruin the moment by saying that but it wasn't her fault. She didn't know anything that was going on in this house.

"Thank you Dalal ilyoum wallah wanasteeni wayed I don't remember the last time I laughed this much," I said, looking at Fahad with one eyebrow raised.

Fahad was slightly smiling. I think for once he felt my pain and all the things I've been through. But how should I know? For all I know he might be just acting it all out and once Dalal steps out of the door, we'd go back to how we were before.

I kissed Dalal and she gave me one of her famous hugs. We hugged each for minutes now and Fahad stood there awkwardly playing with Khaloud.

"Can I keep Khaloud with me for the night? Pweeease pweaaase pweaaase" I pouted while I took Khaloud from Fahad.

"If he was a bit older I'd let him stay for a week if you want, bas what if he wakes up at night and needs to be breast-feeded, what are you gonna do then? He'll never stop crying unless you feed him" Dalal chuckled.

"Oh then never mind, you can have him" I laughed along.

"If you'd like, you can sleep over tomorrow night?" Fahad told Dalal.

"9ij?" she said.

"ee akeed intay e5ty ily tabeena y9eer," he said.

"TOMORROW GIRLS NIGHT" Dalal shouted.

"OMG TOMORROW IS GOING TO BE ONE HELL OF A DAY" I shouted back.

Khalid started crying and we all laughed.

"Waay al7een shbesakta?" she laughed.

She took him from me and started rocking him. She stayed fifteen minutes more but Khalid was still crying. It was getting really late and I was worried that Dalal wouldn't get home safe.

"Um Fahad can you take Dalal home? Akhaf y9eer feeha shay bil 6ereej ma3a Khalid fa a7san law wa9alt'ha," I told him.

"Tawni yaay bagoulaha nafs il shay, ha shrayech Dalal? 3adi awa9lich ilbait?" he asked.

"3eshtaaaw ya3ni khayef 3alai?" Dalal laughed. "Ee wa9elni kilish ma 3indi mane3"

"Yalla goumay 5an rou7" he said.

I went and sat on the couch while Dalal gathered up her things. She took Khaloud from Fahad and headed to the door. Fahad quickly went upstairs and got his keys and skipped down the stairs. He headed to the door. Dalal was already outside with Khalid in her hands.

"Aren't you coming?" He asked me. He wants me to leave the house with him?! I wonder what he's up to this time.
