I'm really excited about writing this story. I already have an idea on how to start it but things might change halfway through the story.
I'd really appreciate it if I got some feedback from you guys. Don't forget to comment!

I sat down on the couch and carefully rested my foot on the coffee table, making sure I don't ruin my recently-painted lilac-colored nails.
I wore my favourite hoodie with my Winnie the Pooh mug filled with my hot chocolate between my hands.
I almost forgot to take my shots so I scurried upstairs and quietly opened the door to Fahad's room to see if he's was awake.
Unfortunately, he was lying on his bed peacefully without making a sound.
I closed the door and went back to my room.
I didn't want to wake him up since he came back home late from work. He looked tired and waking him up was the last thing I wanted to do.
He had mood swings that made everyone around him fear him.
I took out my bag that was filled with needles and everything else I needed for my condition. It isn't easy being a diabetic at a young age.
I took out the needle and took off its cover. I've never really liked needles and staring at this one in front of me won't make me like it any more.
I should get two shots daily. Since he injected them yesterday on my arm and on my thigh, the only other places I could inject them are in the lower part of my back, my behind, or my stomach.
I surely couldn't reach my behind nor my back, so I decided to inject it in my stomach.
The doctor recommended that I don't inject the insulin shots in the same place. I should change the places I inject them every time.
I've never injected a needle on myself. He always did it for me because he knew that I'd get queazy if I did.
That might be the only thing I like about him. He'd never force me to do something I disliked or felt uncomfortable about.
I took off my hoodie and threw it on my bed. I sat down, lifting my shirt up and closed my eyes.
I felt the tip of the needle stinging on the left part of my stomach.
Fahad's P.O.V:
I saw her moving her twitching hand closer to her stomach. I walked to her and snatched the needle from her hands.
She opened her eyes only to find me staring down at the needle. I pushed her down on the bed and laid her down.
I was really angry. I pressed down on her stomach, a little more harder than every time and injected the needle faster than everyday.
She winced from the pain but she kept her mouth shut.
"Sm3eeni 3adel Sara, itha ga3adteeny min ilnoum mara thanya, latloumeen ila nafsich" I said, throwing the empty needle next to me.
I go out and went back to my room.
I threw myself on my bed and closed my eyes.
It wasn't her fault for waking me up, I was already awake.
But I let it all out.
I couldn't keep it inside of me.
So I let it all out on her, like I always do.
She brought this on herself.
I felt my mobile vibrating next to me.
"Mariam Al-Flani Calling" it read.
